Return & Refund Policy

We want you to decide with the bottle on your skin, not on a paper strip. That's why our return window is longer than the law requires, and why it covers bottles you've actually tried.

OUR 30-DAY PROMISE
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, for any reason. Because the whole point is to try the scent properly, you may return a set even if it has been opened and sprayed. We simply ask that what you send back is reasonably intact (bottles not emptied or damaged) and returned in its original box where possible.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at julii.und.aron@gmail.com and we'll take it from there. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please contact us first: items sent back without requesting a return cannot be processed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us straight away at julii.und.aron@gmail.com and we'll make it right: a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

REFUNDS
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you to confirm and refund you to your original payment method. If you withdraw under your statutory right of withdrawal (see below), we refund no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. Your bank or card provider may need a few more days to post it.

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to swap is to return what you have and, once approved, place a new order for what you'd like instead.

EXCEPTIONS
Gift cards cannot be returned.

TESTER KIT
Testers in the Tester Kit are sealed for hygiene reasons. Unopened testers can be returned within 14 days of delivery under your statutory right of withdrawal. Once a seal has been broken, that tester cannot be returned (§ 312g (2) no. 3 BGB / Art. 16(e) Directive 2011/83/EU). The 30-day promise above applies to the 3 × 50 ml set.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts on the day you or your nominated third party receive the last parcel.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Iuliia Troshina, Troshina U Project Studio, Altmühlstraße 10, 93059 Regensburg, Germany, phone +49 1512 0442197, email julii.und.aron@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
