Return & Refund Policy

We want you to decide with the bottle on your skin, not on a paper strip. That's why our return window is longer than the law requires — and why it covers bottles you've actually tried.

Our 30-day promise
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, for any reason. Because the whole point is to try the scent properly, you may return a set even if it has been opened and sprayed. We simply ask that what you send back is reasonably intact — bottles not emptied or damaged — and returned in its original box where possible.

How to start a return
Email us at info@julii-und-aron.com and we'll take it from there. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your parcel.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us straight away at info@julii-und-aron.com and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may then need a few more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the refund, email us at info@julii-und-aron.com.

Exchanges
The quickest way to swap is to return what you have and, once approved, place a new order for what you'd like instead.

Exceptions
Gift cards cannot be returned.
