Shipping Policy
Every Julii & Aron set is packed by hand in our workshop in Regensburg, Germany. We're a two-person studio, not a warehouse — so each order is filled, labelled, and packed personally, with a card written by Julia.
Order preparation
Because everything is made and packed by hand, please allow 1–3 working days for us to prepare your order before it ships. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves our workshop.
Delivery times
Free shipping on every order, everywhere we deliver.

Delivery times are estimates counted in working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) and begin once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed over a weekend or on a holiday are prepared from the next working day.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
If something goes wrong
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your parcel arrives damaged, or anything is missing or incorrect, email us straight away at info@julii-und-aron.com and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

We currently ship within Germany and across the European Union. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us at info@julii-und-aron.com — we may still be able to help.
