These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers through our online shop.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer.

4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices. Shipping is free on every order.

5. Delivery
We deliver within Germany and across the EU. Every set is packed by hand in our workshop, which takes 1–3 working days. After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3 working days within Germany and 7–10 working days elsewhere in the EU, unless otherwise stated.

6. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and Shopify Payments.

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Beyond this legal minimum, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return period — and you may return a set even if it has been opened and sprayed. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable for claims arising from damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence.
