General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop at juliiaron.com.

3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The display of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. Before submitting your order, you can review and correct all entries at checkout. By clicking the final order button, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.

4. CONTRACT LANGUAGE AND STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT TEXT
The contract language is English. We store the contract text and send you the order details by email. You can view these Terms at any time on this page.

5. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices are final prices in euros. As a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), we do not charge VAT. Shipping is free on every order.

6. DELIVERY
We deliver within Germany and the European Union. Every set is packed by hand in our workshop, which takes 1 to 3 working days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 working days within Germany, 3 to 5 working days to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Czechia, Poland and Luxembourg, and 7 to 10 working days to the rest of the EU. 7. PAYMENT
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout (for example credit or debit card, Klarna, Shop Pay, Google Pay or Apple Pay).

8. RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. The full withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Beyond this legal minimum, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return period, and you may return a set even if it has been opened and sprayed.

10. WARRANTY
The statutory warranty rights apply.

11. LIABILITY
We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely), and our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

12. CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. FINAL PROVISIONS
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
